What mediums can I order my artwork?

To help decide which print medium is right for you, I have created a print mediums page which details everything you should know about each medium.

What size can I order my artwork?

The finished size of each photograph is dependent on the size you have selected on the product's page.

Can I order a custom-sized artwork?

Custom sizes are available for all prints. Please contact me for more information.

Can I frame my artwork?

Absolutely! If you would like to frame your artwork, select Canson Infinity Fibre Rag at checkout. For more information, check out the print mediums page.

Is the art signed?

Yes. Each artwork features a digitally embedded signature on the face of the artwork.

How do I hang my artwork?

Acrylic mounted and metal mounted artworks are shipped with the appropriate hanging equipment already attached to the back. Loose prints come in a rolled tube and require framing.

How do I clean my artwork?

Extreme caution should be used whenever it is necessary to clean the surface of your photograph. Dust the picture glazing with a soft, damp cloth or chamois. Apply only light pressure, rinse with clean water, and dry by blotting the cloth. Dry or gritty cloths may cause surface scratches and create a static electric charge on the surface.

Do not use window cleaning sprays, kitchen scouring compounds, or solvents such as acetone, gasoline, or lacquer thinner to clean your image, as this may cause permanent damage to your image.

How do I light my artwork?

Lighting your image properly involves using a mixture of spotlights and spreads. The proper degree of spread will depend on the distance of the light fixture from the photograph. While several light bulbs can sufficiently light your image, MR16 halogen bulbs are generally the best option.

Can I use the images found on your website?

All images and content contained within this website are the copyright of Andrew Bourdeaux. Images may not be in any way reproduced, copied, printed or scanned. All images must not be used without expressed prior permission via written consent from Andrew Bourdeaux.

The use of any images or other materials included herein, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than the private purpose of viewing them online, including, but not limited to, copying, reproduction, publication (including on Internet Web Site including third party web pages by any means, including “hotlinking”, storage in a retrieval system (other than internet browser), manipulation (digital or otherwise), or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, is expressly prohibited without the written permission of Andrew Bourdeaux.

How do I place an order?

Add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart by clicking on the Add To Cart button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click Checkout from within your cart and follow the instructions.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, please send me an email by visiting my contact page.

What type of payments do you accept?

Accepted payments include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay.

When will my credit card be billed?

Your credit card or payment service will be billed at the time of order. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is entirely FREE within the continental US.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do! Please contact me before placing an international order for shipping cost.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

To remove an item from your shopping cart, simply change the quantity to zero and press Enter. You will be presented with a confirmation prompt. After pressing Confirm, the artwork will then be removed from the cart.

Is my artwork insured during transit?

I ensure full coverage for all shipments. I will replace or repair any damages that occur during transit from the printing facility to the destination address listed on your order. I cannot insure shipments once they have been transported from the original delivery destination.

What happens if my package arrived damaged?

The artwork packaging has been designed to help minimize the potential for damage or breaking, but I cannot control what happens during transit. If your package arrives damaged or broken, please contact me! I will happily replace it, but I will need a picture of the damage. Requests must be received within 10 days of delivery, and must include a copy of the shipping receipt and photographic proof of the damage for me to review. If your request is approved, I will pay for the cost of shipping the new product to you.

When will my order arrive?

Unfortunately, a delivery time is not feasible. Your artwork will go into production within a couple days of your order being placed and delivery times are dependent upon your delivery address, but typically packages are delivered within 7-14 business days. If you have not received your artwork within 14 days of your order being placed, please contact me!

Do I have to make an account to purchase online?

No. You order and checkout as a guest without creating an account.

Do you have a return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it (you are responsible for applicable return shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt and receive a 60% refund.
